Slow Sunday Stitching

It has been a busy month, and has finally settled down a bit.  First, Jaeger and his girlfriend came home from Albuquerque for spring break.  They came over one day and I showed Shiri how to make Jaeger's favorite cookies, and her favorite cookies.

Her birthday was coming up so I gave her her BD Cuddle quilt, which she loved.

Several days later, we celebrated Drew's BD, granddaughter Kyleigh's fiance.

A few days later, Shiri and Jaeger headed over to Half Moon Bay, and Kristen, Jeff and I, along with Shiri's mother who flew in unbeknownst to Shiri.  Jaeger proposed to Shiri before we got there.  Shiri was so excited her mother flew in.    We had a really nice day at the beach.

The next day we had a really nice dinner with all the family,  my other daughter Katie, and her husband John, and the other grandparents, Jan and Montie, along with Kyleigh, Drew and Keaton.

Jaeger and Shiri headed home the next day, and had a busy week the next week also.  We had a Guild Day Camp for 4 days.  What I accomplished at Day Camp was to finish Kyleigh's double wedding ring quilt.

Since day camp, I have finished my portrait quilt, which I will be able to show next week.  We are showing them at our guild meeting on Wednesday.    I have been working on quilting my Sweet Land of Liberty quilt for our show next month.

I have also been working on the 2028 Opportunity Quilt for our guild. I still need to make the setting triangles for this one, but I finished embellishing and quilting the block.

I am working on this one right now.

This is what I will be working on for Slow Sunday Stitching.

I will be linking up with Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching and https://quiltingpatch.blogspot.com/

Thanks for stopping by!
