Last week I accomplished quite a bit. I was able to quilt Drews, granddaughter Kyleigh's fiance quilt. It is just a simple panel, but I was able to practice several motifs, still need a lot more practice. I need to get the binding on still. His BD dinner is Wednesday.
For our quilt show this year, we were encouraged to make an 18 inch block celebrating the 250th anniversary of our country. I still need to finish mine up, but this is it so fa.
Our guild also has a challenge this year, which is due in April, to make a fabric collage portrait of yourself.
I've been working on mine, but can't show until after our meeting next month. I mulled it over in my mind about how I was going to do it since October. I finally got it mostly done. I need to do a little embroidery, then can quilt it.
I am also still working on Kyleigh's quilt. Hopefully will get a row on this week.
My wisteria is looking good. I have a mess to clean out in the garden, but the wisteria looks good.
My staghorn is looking good. This is what fell on my face last year.

Saturday was the plant sale our Begonia Society participates in. I wasn't going to get anything, but my resistance was zip. I only purchased one begonia, but then I got something called a flannel bush, a maidenhair fern, a rabbit's foot fern and something called a dendrobium, it is in the orchid family, a native Australian plant.
