Winter Blues Blog Hop Starts Today




The Winter Blues Blog Hop started today,  brainchild of Carla of Creatin in the Sticks.   I have just visited everyone on the hop, and there are some fabulous quilts to chase the Winter Blues away.   My day is Friday, the 24th.  I can't wait to show you what I've been working on!   The full schedule is below.

Winter Blues Blog Hop Starting Soon

HQAL, Slow Sunday Stitching

This past week, I haven't gotten much handwork done, other than finishing last months Buhl-Bushong border and the applique on the Ella Maria Deacon quilt.


My next handworking projects are working on this stitchery I got from Kathy Schmitz's One Stitch at a Time Club.


I will also be working on these Buhl-Bushong blocks.  I'm hand stitching the archs on.



This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate each another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another.
