One Monthly Goal-April

I need to report in for One Monthly Goal before I forget to do it.   I love this monthly motivation by Patty @ Elm Street Quilts.

My One Monthly Goal, which I stated here for April was to make my Frolic Mystery Quilt by Bonnie Hunter into a flimsy.   The beginning of April I had most of the components made, I just needed to assemble it.    This was where I started.

I was able to finish it up.  Didn't have anyone to hold it up for me, as I we are still isolating from our children and grandchildren.

So happy it is done!  I might eventually add on another border or two, still thinking about that.  This was as far as the mystery went.  I wanted to make it a little larger I think.  A former coworker is getting married in September I think and it would make a nice wedding present.

  6. Nice job! I considered adding additional borders to mine as well, though I haven't gotten to ANY of the borders yet. Anyway, well done!
