Jennifer @The Inquiring Quilter is celebrating her 300th post and is having a giveaway of four fabric prizes. She asked us to link up Fall/Thanksgiving or Winter/Holiday quilts. I am showing some of my fall items. These are quilts I have made in the past.
This was called the Great American Pumpkin Quilt by Briar Rose Designs. It was a BOM that I finished up several years ago.
This was a pumpkin quilt I took as a workshop in Asilomar at Empty Spools a number of years ago.
This was a wool project I put out every Thanksgiving. I thought it was in one of those Need'l Love books, but not absolutely sure, I can't find it now.
This was one of my first quilting projects, unlabeled, but probably from 1995 or so. I found it in a magazine, not sure which.
I thought this was from one of the Red Wagon primitive books, or by Jan Patek, Gerry Kimmel or Linda Brannock, but I couldn't find the one.
Anyway I will be linking up to Wednesday Weight Loss. Thanks so much Jennifer for this opportunity at fabulous prizes. Thanks for stopping by!
Oh Karrin! I'm so honored that you created a post just for my linkup. This is a gorgeous collection of Thanksgiving/Fall quilts! That primitive turkey is adorable, as are they all! Love them. Thanks for sharing on my 300th edition of Wednesday Wait Loss.
ReplyDeleteI just love all your fall/Thanksgiving creations. I especially love 'gobble gobble' :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I have a wonderful table runner to find in the closet for our Thanksgiving table. You made it for me the year you were my shoebox partner, and I love it. It's all wool, do you remember it? You've always made the prettiest fall quilts!
