HQAL, Slow Sunday Stitching

This past week, I haven't gotten much handwork done, other than finishing last months Buhl-Bushong border and the applique on the Ella Maria Deacon quilt.

My next handworking projects are working on this stitchery I got from Kathy Schmitz's One Stitch at a Time Club.

I will also be working on these Buhl-Bushong blocks.  I'm hand stitching the archs on.

This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate each another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another. If you have a hand quilting or stitching project, and would like to join our group, contact Kathy at the link below.  Just a reminder to everyone, the purpose of this group is to share our hand quilting adventures and to encourage each other. With that in mind, do visit our members and comment each month! New members are always welcome, any type of hand quilting is acceptable. That could be piecing, quilting, embellishing, applique and finishing

I will be linking up with Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching.  Do pop over there too and check out what everyone has been doing.

This is my favorite Sunday, the opportunity to visit both groups!

Thanks so much for stopping by, I do so appreciate your comments!

  4. I love that applique border you are sewing. Joining in with online sewing groups is a good way to find time to do a little, it soon mounts up to a finished project.
