One Monthly Goal

It's time for goal-setting on One Monthly Goal at Elm Street Quilts.  I continue to appreciate this monthly motivation and appreciation everything that Patty does!

For February, my one monthly goal is to finish my couch project that I talked about here.  My lounge section I sit on to stitch at night has a patched area I have been covering up with a quilt.  The problem with it is that when I scoot off the couch it comes untucked.  I plan to make a quilt then sew it up one side like a slip cover.

I have some old swap blocks I plan to incorporate into this quilt.

For my one monthly goal, I need to make 24 more blocks, set them, quilt it and finish my slipcover project.

This is the area I need to cover and the quilt I am currently using.  I'm going to use this shaded half-square triangles as the setting.   The alternate blocks will be the swap blocks from long ago.
